Nathan Spearing

Entrepreneur & Former Special Operations Leader

Nathan is a former U.S. Army special operations leader with 14 years of service and 12 combat deployments. After leaving the military, he built a bespoke construction company and a financially independent real-estate portfolio. He now hosts the Life on Target podcast, teaching personal agency, leadership, and disciplined ownership in work, family, and life.

Leigh Bortins

Founder, Classical Conversations

Leigh is the founder of Classical Conversations, an international Christian education organization serving families around the world. Trained as an aerospace engineer, she turned her attention to equipping parents to direct their children’s education using a classical, Christ-centered model. She is the author of The Core and The Question and speaks widely on classical education and homeschooling.

Robert Bortins

CEO, Classical Conversations

Robert is the Chief Executive Officer of Classical Conversations, the world’s largest classical homeschooling organization. Home educated in the early days of the program, he later earned a degree in Industrial Engineering and worked in industry before returning to lead the company. Since becoming CEO in 2012, he has guided Classical Conversations through significant growth while keeping its mission rooted in Christ-centered, classical learning.
